Melissa Marcial Benitez is a dedicated program coordinator with extensive experience in community engagement and member services. Currently serving at LIFT, Inc. since December 2019, Melissa focuses on organizing member events to enhance retention and facilitate the distribution of baby items to families in need. Previous roles include mentoring students at Thrive Scholars, coordinating events for Jive Live Entertainment, and supporting international studies at Wellesley College. With a degree in Political Science and Education Studies from Wellesley College, Melissa combines strong organizational skills with a commitment to improving community resources and support for underrepresented groups.
