Helah Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Helah is currently the Chief Program and Strategy Officer at LIFT, Inc., a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, Program and Strategy at LIFT, Inc. from March 2021 to July 2022. Helah has also worked as the National Senior Program Director, Strategic Initiatives at LIFT, Inc. from February 2020 to March 2021, and as the National Program Director from August 2015 to March 2021.

Before joining STRATEGIES! Management Consulting, Helah worked at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Helah'sroles at Harvard included being a Course Assistant for Comparative Politics for International and Global Affairs, a Research Assistant for Human Rights, Violence Against Women, and a Course Assistant for Arts of Communication.
Helah also has experience working at Vital Voices Global Partnership, where they held various roles such as Program Manager, Africa, Program Coordinator, Africa, and Program Assistant, Africa. During their time at Vital Voices, they were involved in program design, management, and implementation, team building and leadership, as well as performance management, monitoring, and evaluation.
Additionally, Helah has worked at The Advocacy Project as an International Peace Fellow, at Georgetown University as a Leadership Facilitator for the Middle Eastern Partnership Initiative, U.S. Department of State, at Women's Foreign Policy Group as a Program Intern, and at the United States Senate in the Office of Senator Edward M. Helah Robinson has a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Helah also holds certifications in Program Management for Development Professionals from InsideNGO and in Trainer in Women's Entrepreneurship Development from the International Labour Organization, although the specific dates of these certifications are not provided.
