Dianne Markus is an experienced retail professional currently employed as a Buyer at WHSmith Australia since July 2023. Previously, Dianne served as an Events Program Manager at Metcash from April 2022 to July 2023 and held various positions at Modern Teaching Aids as a Category Manager from November 2017 to April 2022, and at Howards Storage World as a Senior Buyer from May 2017 to November 2017. Dianne's extensive experience also includes tenure at BIG W, where responsibilities spanned Homewares and Storage Buyer and Children's Footwear Buyer from November 2006 to June 2016, and prior roles at Payless Shoes Australia focusing on Sporting Footwear from March 2003 to November 2006, as well as multiple roles at BIGW from March 1997 to March 2003. Dianne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual and Performing Arts from Sydney College of the Arts, completed in 1996.
