Tim Schot has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tim started their career as an intern at Van Lanschot Bankiers in 2012. Following that, they completed a graduate internship at Legal & General Nederland in 2013. In the same year, they joined ITDS Business Consultants as a Business Consultant, specializing in financial institutions. Tim worked there until 2018. In 2018, Tim joined Pricewise.com as a Technical Product Owner Financials, where they helped people with advice on difficult expenses. Tim recently started working at Whoppah in 2022 as a Product Owner. Tim's experience spans across roles in banking, insurance, financial consulting, and e-commerce.

Tim Schot completed their Havo at A. Roland Holst College from 2002 to 2006, majoring in E&M. Tim then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2013, with a focus on Management, Economics & Law. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) from Scrum.org in May 2016, the Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) from Scrum.org in June 2015, the Prince 2 Foundation from EXIN in May 2015, the Wft Basis from NIBE-SVV Nederlands Instituut voor het Bank-, Verzekerings- en Effectenbedrijf in December 2014, and the TMap NEXT Test Engineer from EXIN in October 2014.
