Amit Bhatt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations, corporate treasury, and strategic finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasury at WHOOP since May 2021, Amit leads corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions and product partnerships. Prior to this role, Amit held various positions at Guggenheim Partners, where responsibilities included strategic finance and corporate development within the medical technology sector, and at Healthbox, contributing to the Intermountain Healthcare Innovation Fund. Amit's earlier career includes strategic financial planning with Kaufman Hall and consulting at Marakon. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BS in Economics and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
