Whitney Tracy is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in cost accounting and inventory management. Since December 2018, Whitney has served as Assistant Controller and Manager of Cost Accounting at Wholestone Farms, where responsibilities include managing meat and supply inventories, overseeing costing processes, and implementing ERP systems. Prior experience at Hormel Foods from July 2014 to December 2018 encompasses roles including Cost Accountant, General Accountant, Associate Cost Analyst, and Staff Accountant, with a focus on daily production costing and cost reduction projects.
