Addison Capell began their career in 2012 as a Payroll/HR Solutions Consultant at Paycom. In 2013, they became a Sales Executive at Telesphere, where they provided customers with unified cloud communications. In 2015, they took on the role of Independent Sales Consultant at Dispersive Technologies Inc., where they were responsible for delivering next generation Internet security, performance and resiliency. In 2016, they became a Member of the Board and Director of Membership at Colorado Technology Professionals (CTP), a non-profit organization that focused on promoting the importance of business relationships, innovation and leadership of companies and individuals in Colorado. Also in 2016, they became an Enterprise Account Executive at VMANIX, a reseller of emerging technologies focusing on cloud and hybrid cloud solutions. Finally, in 2018, Addison Capell took on the role of VP of Sales and Marketing, and then Director of Sales and Business Development at Wholesome Food Services, a grass roots company that provides delicious, choice lunch programs and fundraising opportunities to schools.

Addison Capell attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they did not receive a degree, and then returned to the University of Colorado Boulder to receive a BA in Political Science.
