Carolina Arzubi began their work experience in 2014 as an Asistente de Ventas at Johnson & Johnson, where they provided support in sales until 2016. Carolina then moved up to become an Ejecutivo de Ventas, responsible for managing client accounts and implementing sales strategies until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Carolina worked as an Organizadora de eventos y reuniones, where they planned and coordinated events while managing budgets. In 2019, they became a Consultora de empresas, providing consulting services focused on resource efficiency, profitability analysis, and process optimization. In 2020, Carolina founded and became the CEO and Project Manager of Jacuna Escuela de Emprendedores, where they promoted the company, developed sales strategies, and effectively managed projects and budgets. Currently, Carolina serves as the Head of Finance and Accounting at Wird, where they are responsible for financial planning and analysis, acting as a Finance Business Partner, and ensuring precise financial modeling for each business unit's needs and objectives.

From 2009 to 2013, they attended the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, where they obtained a degree in Licenciada en Administracion de Empresas with a field of study in Ciencias Economicas.
In 2012-2013, they studied at the Universidad Groupe Sup de Co Montpellier Business School and earned a Bachelor of International Business Administration degree.
In 2016-2017, Carolina pursued a postgraduate program at the Universidad de Belgrano in Negociacion y Habilidades Directivas (Negotiation and Managerial Skills).
From 2017 to 2018, they enrolled in a diploma program in Diseño de nuevas empresas (New Business Design) at the Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'.
In 2020, Carolina completed a postgraduate program in Gestión Financiera (Financial Management) at the Universidad de Belgrano.
Also in 2020, they attended a workshop on Google Design Sprint at the Escuela de Innovación.
Finally, in 2022, Carolina acquired additional skills by taking a course on Scrum methodologies at Edutin Incorporated and a course on improving user experience through usability testing at Coderhouse.
