Sim Brar, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as an Executive Leader at Whole Foods Market since February 2020. Prior to this role, Sim held various leadership positions at Loblaw Companies Limited from 2010 to 2017, notably as Director of Performance Development and Assessment, where strategic talent development initiatives were implemented for Canada's largest private sector employer. Previous roles include Senior Manager positions in talent acquisition and learning and development at Second Cup, as well as early career experience at CIBC and Export Packers Co. Ltd. Sim holds an Executive Coaching Certification from iPEC Coaching and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, along with a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
