Luke Buikema has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Starting as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Truck, they then became a Sales Representative for Paycom in 2008. That same year, they also took on the role of General Manager at Aramark Cleanroom Services, where they were responsible for P+L, Sales, Service, Quality, Operations, Logistics, and Inventory Management for the Market Centers. In 2012, they began working as Director of Operations at Dart Appraisal, where they managed staff that facilitated both communication and compliance nationwide for lending institutions and appraisers throughout the appraisal process. In 2015, they became Co-Founder at WhoFi, managing the marketing and sales department while continuing to enhance customer experience and maintain positive client relationships.

Luke Buikema attended Nazareth Academy before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago in 2003.
