Justin Martinek is a Design Engineer and Construction Inspector at WHKS & Co since December 2016, focusing on bridge construction, FAA airport projects, bridge painting, water main, storm sewer, ADA sidewalk, and PCC paving inspections, with IDOT certification. Previously, Justin held an engineering intern position with Howard County from May to August 2017, where responsibilities included bridge and culvert inspections and asphalt paving. Justin Martinek completed a degree at Iowa State University from 2015 to 2020.
