Stuart Beattie has extensive experience as a software engineer, with a focus on developing and maintaining middleware solutions and messaging APIs. Stuart has worked for various companies in the finance and technology sectors.

In their current role at Whitespace Global Limited since 2018, Stuart serves as a Senior Software Engineer.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, Stuart worked at Vela Trading Systems, where they held the position of Development Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Stuart was responsible for developing and maintaining the company's multithreaded message-oriented middleware solution and messaging API.

Before joining Vela Trading Systems, Stuart worked at NYSE Technologies from 2013 to 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer and from 2008 to 2012 as a Software Engineer.

Stuart began their career at Wombat Financial Software as a Graduate Software Engineer from 2007 to 2008.

Stuart Beattie obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ulster University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Carrickfergus Grammar School from 1995 to 2002.
