Courtnie Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Training Manager at Josiah White's since July 2021, Courtnie previously held the role of Skills Coach and Case Manager at The Bowen Center from August 2020 to July 2021. A long tenure at Cafe of Hope and Life Church Huntington from December 2009 to August 2020 involved directing operations and managing human resources functions, including employee recruitment and file maintenance. Prior experience at Autoliv spanned various roles from Document Control to Lean Manufacturing Technician, where Courtnie implemented process improvements and quality control measures. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Services, alongside an Associate degree in Business Management, all obtained from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
