Paul Sutton has a comprehensive work experience history, starting in 1991 at the University of Bradford where they worked as a Computer Officer. Paul then moved on to UK Web Ltd in 1996 as a Technical Director before joining C2Net Europe Ltd in 1997 as a Technical Director. In 1999, they started working at Microsoft as a Program Manager, a role they held until 2012. In that same year, they also began working at WhitePages, where they have held the positions of Software Engineering Manager and currently Director of Software Engineering.

Paul Sutton completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Communication and Computer Engineering at the University of Bradford from 1986 to 1990. In 1991, they went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science at the same institution.
