Andrew Unruh, P.Eng., is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in exploitation and production engineering. Currently serving as the Exploitation Engineering Manager at Whitecap Resources Inc. since May 2022, Andrew previously held roles as Asset/Project Manager at Energy Transfer Canada ULC and Production Engineering Manager at Repsol, where responsibilities included commercial optimization, production assurance, and team leadership for extensive oil and gas assets. Andrew’s earlier experience with Talisman Energy involved leading engineering teams and managing various development projects, demonstrating a proven track record in optimizing production, managing reserves, and executing multi-million dollar development campaigns. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Regina.
