Danielle Rockstad-Lynch, LCPC, LPC, PHR has a long and varied career in Human Resources and Mental Health. Danielle began their career in 2003 as a Neuropsychological Coordinator at St. Alexius Medical Center. In 2004, they moved to Apex Environmental as a Recruiting & Retention Specialist. From 2005 to 2011, they held two positions at The Princeton Review. First, they were an Executive Director, where they were responsible for developing and executing territory sales strategy and ongoing operations of leading test prep and college admissions company. Danielle also served as the Director of Operations, managing full-time and part-time staff of 50+. During this time, they also worked at Sheppard Pratt as a Psychology Intern and at McComb & Associates as a Mental Health Therapist. In 2011, they became the Director of Human Resources at Whiteboard Federal Technologies. In 2014, they began a Private Practice as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and also took on a role as a Research Associate at PinnacleCare.
Danielle Rockstad-Lynch, LCPC, LPC, PHR has a diverse educational background. In 2009, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical and Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University School of Education. From 1999 to 2003, they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology with a concentration in Addictions Counseling from the University of Mary. Danielle also holds several certifications, including Licensed Professional Counselor from the Virginia Board of Counseling (2019), Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft Office 2016 from Microsoft (2019), National Certified Counselor (NCC) from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) (2016), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) from the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene (2014), and Professional of Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI (2005).
