Ed Burleigh has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. From 1985-1998, they worked as a Saute cook/ expeditor at Channel Crossing. In 1998, they became the Executive Chef at La Cita Country Club. In 2001, they began working as a Sales Manager Cruise Line/ Southeast & Caribbean for White Toque, where they were responsible for sales and marketing of products, budgeting and planning, product knowledge trainings, product testing and R&D, customer development, strategic customer support programs, and food show demonstrations.

Ed Burleigh's education history includes attending South Portland High School and Southern Maine Technical College, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts in 1989.
