Tabbassum Nigar is an experienced professional with expertise in compliance and human resources, currently serving as a Lead Auditor with Castor Consulting for the client White Stuff since January 2012. Previously, Tabbassum held the position of Compliance Manager at Precision Design and Sourcing from June 2012 to January 2022, where responsibilities included conducting social audits for UK-based buyers in India and Bangladesh. Prior roles include Compliance Auditor at Orient India Sourcing and Manager of HR at both House of Pearl Fashion Limited and Orient Craft Limited. Tabbassum began the career at Crew Bos Products Limited as Manager HR.
