Jim Cope is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at White Labs Inc since May 2021, Jim also holds the position of Customer Specialist at Asheville Brewers Supply since February 2018 and has been a Tour Guide for Asheville Brewery Tours since September 2016. Prior experience includes a 20-year tenure at Delta Air Lines, where Jim worked as a Senior Customer Service Agent before retiring in January 2016. Jim holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, earned between 1990 and 1992.
