Martha Moak has extensive work experience, starting in 1983 at Lexington Gardens as the Greenhouse Operations Manager until 1988. During this time, they then joined White Flower Farm, where they initially worked as the Information Operations Manager for 35 years. Currently, Martha holds the title of Director of Information Technology Operations at White Flower Farm, a role they have held since February 2023.

Martha Moak attended Wamogo Regional High School from 1980 to 1983. During their time there, they focused on Ornamental Horticulture but did not pursue a specific degree.
