Michael Hertz is an experienced marketing and business development executive with a diverse background in the legal sector. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at White & Case since December 2010, Michael oversees various functions including business development, client service, and communications. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Global Director of Knowledge and Business Development at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from September 2005 to December 2010, where a comprehensive approach to knowledge management and marketing was implemented. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Pro Bono Net, where oversight of strategy and fundraising took place, and a notable tenure as a partner at Latham & Watkins, beginning as a summer clerk.
