Taylor Shirreffs currently serves as Branch Manager In Training at White Cap Canada since February 2024. Prior to this role, Taylor amassed extensive experience at Superior Glove from November 2018 to January 2024, progressing through several positions including Inside Sales Distribution Team Leader, where leadership in developing sales strategies was key. Taylor also operated as the National Inside Sales Distributor Associate of Canada, managing all inside sales functions across distributor accounts and conducting safety trials. Earlier roles included Business Development Representative, focusing on understanding customer needs, and Inside Sales Distributor Representative, addressing client inquiries and processing sales opportunities. Additionally, Taylor participated as a Generation 5 Certified Protégé with #GirlsClub from April 2023 to October 2023.
