Jackie DeLeon is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Global Tax Director at CNH Industrial since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jackie held the position of Director of Tax Operations & Reporting at Clarios for a short period and worked for over a decade at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where responsibilities included directing income tax and managing tax accounting processes. Additional experience includes roles at Plexus Corp. and reputable firms such as Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton LLP, where Jackie specialized in federal tax management, R&D tax credits, and income tax compliance. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and an M.B.A. from Marquette University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Professional Communications from Alverno College.
