Previously, David held positions such as Senior Vice President at Avison Young, Assistant Vice President at Transwestern, and Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Their experience ranges from managing budgets and contracts to overseeing quality control and value engineering. David graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management.
