Manoj Perera is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product innovation, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Operata since December 2018. Previously, Manoj has held various leadership roles at Whispir since September 2006, including Tech Lead for Product Innovation and Principal Engineer & Software Architect, where responsibilities encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product features, overseeing technical architecture, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Manoj's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Creative Solutions, where expertise was gained in application development using advanced technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of IT from Swinburne University of Technology, a Professional Graduate Diploma from the British Computer Society, and a Diploma in Computer System Design from the Institute of Business Management in Sri Lanka.
