Joe M. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Joe began their career in 1998 as the Deputy Director and Senior Project Manager at Xtria, formerly known as Informatech. Joe then worked as the Director of Client Services and Field Operations at BioNetrix in 2001.

In 2002, Joe joined The Sytex Group as the Senior Director of Advanced Information Technology Solutions and Services. The company was later acquired by Lockheed Martin Corporation in 2005. Joe then transitioned to TARGUSinfo, where they held roles such as Director of Client Services, Vice President of Client Services & Data Analytics, and Senior Vice President of Operations.

From 2012 to 2016, Joe worked at Neustar, Inc. as the Vice President and General Manager of Product, Vice President of Sales Engineering, and Senior Vice President of Operations. Joe then joined Cloudistics in 2017 as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Customer Experience.

In 2018, Joe had multiple positions. Joe was the Chief Revenue Officer and an Advisor at Telo, the SVP of Product & Partnerships at Whisker Labs, and an Advisor at RunSafe Security Inc. Finally, in 2021, Joe's role at Next Caller, which they had been advising since 2017, was acquired by Pindrop Security.

Joe M. completed their high school education at Monsignor Bonner High School, from 1982 to 1986. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America, graduating in 1990. Joe M. later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Saint Joseph's University, which they earned from 1994 to 1996.
