Van Cyr has extensive experience in design operations, currently serving as the Global Design Operations Manager at Whirlpool. Prior to this role, Van Cyr held the position of Design Operations Manager at Xerox Corporation from 1994 to 2007. Educationally, Van Cyr attended The Wharton School from 1977 to 1979, further enhancing expertise in the field.
