Ryan DeLand is an experienced professional in operations and engineering management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Whirlpool Corporation since June 2018. With a background that includes roles as Director of Operations and Director of Engineering, Ryan has been instrumental in implementing World Class Manufacturing methodologies to drive continuous improvement and achieve significant cost savings at the Clyde, OH facility. Prior to Whirlpool, Ryan held multiple positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from August 2012 to June 2018, focusing on BIW process controls and reliability. Ryan's early career included roles as Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Lead at DYNICS, Group Leader at Gentex Corporation, and Mechanical Engineer Co-op at JR Automation.
