Toby Moore has worked in the software engineering industry since 2008. Toby started out as a Developer at the University of Western Australia, where they developed a digital health record system. Toby then moved to Readify in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Developer and then a Senior Consultant. In 2015, they joined Trustpilot as a Software Developer, then a Tech Lead, an Engineering Manager, and finally a Principal Engineer. In 2021, they joined the LEGO Group as a Lead Platform Architect and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Whimsical.

Toby Moore obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) (Hons) in Software from The University of Western Australia between 2004 and 2009. In October 2014, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org.
