Gerwin van Dalum is a Scientific Software Engineer at Whiffle since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing and executing research projects. Prior to this role, Gerwin served as a PhD Candidate at NWO, focusing on transport properties in theoretical condensed matter physics from September 2016 to September 2020, applying analytical and numerical methods to explore the microscopic properties of matter. Gerwin's academic background includes experience as a Teaching Assistant at Universiteit Utrecht from September 2012 to February 2016, providing tutoring for various undergraduate physics courses. Gerwin holds a Master of Science in Theoretical Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy, both obtained from Utrecht University.
