Michelle Pardee is an experienced project manager and business analyst with a strong background in IT and CRM applications. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Whidbey Telecom since September 2018, Michelle previously held the position of EPIC Project Manager at Skagit Regional Health, where responsibilities included managing the deployment of over 1,700 reports and 135 dashboards. Earlier experience includes roles as an IT Analyst at Premera Blue Cross, a Tech Analyst/Developer at CARF and Informatica, and a Tech Analyst at both One, Inc. and Clarkston Consulting. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from Northern Arizona University.
