Alex Karis has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist 3 at both eBay Inc and WHI Solutions since July 2005. Responsibilities include responding to technical inquiries for e-commerce and UI system clients, quality assurance, training end users and new hires, as well as database maintenance and upgrades using SQL.
