Pablo Molina García has three years of professional experience in the software development industry. From 2018 to present, they have been working at wherEX as a Team & Tech Lead and a Full-stack Developer. Prior to this, they were employed at Trabajando.com from 2016 to 2018 as a Desarrollador de software. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Cecinas Bavaria as a Técnico informático.

Pablo Molina García completed their Ingeniería en Informática degree at INACAP from 2012 to 2016. Pablo has also obtained three additional certifications: AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera in July 2021, Autoridad, dirección y liderazgo from Coursera in June 2021, and a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020.
