Director of Sustainable Animal Proteins at Where Food Comes From, Inc

Lora Wright is a seasoned senior management professional in animal agriculture with over 15 years of experience in the meat packing industry and hands-on management of live animal production. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainable Animal Proteins at Where Food Comes From, Inc. since September 2020, Lora also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors at GROWMARK, Inc. and operates 605 Solutions, LLC. Previously, Lora held various leadership roles at Tyson Fresh Meats, including Director of Animal Well-Being and Sustainability. Lora holds a Master of Science in Animal Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from South Dakota State University, specializing in projects that enhance consumer trust in food systems through training, program development, verification methods, and effective communication.
