Temitayo Lawal is an accomplished Senior Programme Manager at WHEN: Women's Higher Education Network, leading the flagship 100 Black Women Professors NOW programme in collaboration with UK Higher Education institutions while managing budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility. Currently serving as a Postgraduate Teaching Associate at UCL Institute of Education, Temitayo enhances diversity, equity, and inclusion through enriched reading lists for MA Sociology of Race students. Previous roles include managing Widening Participation programmes at UCL's Medical School, directing the development of a successful careers strategy at Twyford CofE Academies Trust, and coordinating mentorship initiatives for first-generation university students. Temitayo holds a PhD in Education Practice and Society, along with a Master's in Social Justice and Education and a Bachelor's in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham.
