Terri Schechter serves as the Litigation Support Manager at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP since 2013, responsible for overseeing the Paralegal Staff, eDiscovery, Litigation Support, and Document Processing departments. Key accomplishments include enhancing paralegal productivity through automated workload reporting, improving response times and billing accuracy via dashboards, and leading recruitment and training efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Paralegal at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP from 1998 to 2002, where Terri managed large litigation matters and developed software solutions, as well as a Senior Paralegal at Parcel Mauro Hultin & Spaanstra from 1992 to 1998, providing comprehensive case support and mentoring. Terri holds a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
