Rick Stegman has a robust background in quality management and engineering, with over three decades of experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Wheeler Fleet Solutions since July 2007, Rick oversees the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Prior to this position, Rick was the Quality Manager at Breeze Industrial Products, where oversight of the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system was a key responsibility. Earlier in the career, Rick held positions as a Quality Engineer at Sony Electronics, and as a Product Support Engineer and Engineering Writer at Goodyear Aerospace Corporation. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology from Penn State University and has completed training through Dale Carnegie in 2017.
