Michael Kipp has extensive work experience in the field of ophthalmology. Michael began their career at Wheaton Eye Clinic in 1998, where they served as a Pediatric Ophthalmologist. In March 2022, they were promoted to the role of President. Concurrently, they also worked at The University of Chicago as a Pediatric Ophthalmologist from June 1999 to June 2007.

Michael Kipp attended the University of Notre Dame from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Michael then enrolled at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where they completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from 1989 to 1993. Afterward, they joined the W.K.
