Jaeson Chaves Junior is an experienced Engineering Manager at WHB AUTOMOTIVE S.A. since July 2006, overseeing all machining processes and developing new methods. Previous roles include Engineering Supervisor, where responsibilities involved supervising machining processes for blocks and heads while leading a multifunctional production support team, and Production Supervisor. Jaeson also served as a Process Technician at TMT Motoco do Brasil Ltda. from 2003 to 2006. In 2012, Jaeson earned a Black Belt certification in defect reduction project from WHB Usinagem and is associated with CESF for further education.
