Craig Jones has been in the business of community development and content creation for over four years. Craig began their career at Red Bull, where they created a training program focused on building the coaching capabilities of the company's distributor network. Craig also provided ongoing analysis on the rate per case investment in the New York Region and created a scorecard for tracking performance in e-commerce.

In October 2018, Craig joined Caffeine as the Community Development Lead. In this role, they focused on identifying the next communities on Caffeine and launching major new partners with an eye on what is the future of live & interactive content. Craig also served as the Executive Producer of Ultimate Rap League content on Caffeine.

In May 2021, Craig joined Whatnot as the Partnerships - TCG. In this role, they are responsible for identifying and developing relationships with content creators and partners that align with Whatnot's mission and values.

Craig Jones has a Master's Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same school. Craig also has certification from LinkedIn in Become a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao, Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, and SQL Essential Training.
