Pete Looney possesses extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently holding the positions of Director of Engineering, Chief Software Architect, and Vice President of Technology at WhatCounts since April 2006. Prior to this, Pete served as a Senior Software Developer at Aventail and REI from 2000 to 2006, and worked as a consultant at PTFS. Early career experience includes a role as a Librarian at Northern Arizona University. Pete holds a Master of Library and Information Science from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as having attended St. John's College.
