Beau C. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Sara Lee Bread distribution in 2010 and went on to be an Intern/Assistant to the Executive Director of Operations at Project Access Now in the same year. In 2008, they worked briefly as a Human Resources professional at Community Food Coop Bellingham.

Beau C. then transitioned to Whatcom Community College in 2014, where they served as a Human Resources Assistant before being promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2015. At the college, they partnered with leadership teams to communicate and implement HR programs and policies.

In 2018, Beau C. joined Whatcom Educational Credit Union (WECU) as a Human Resources Business Partner. They worked closely with management to develop and implement organizational strategies aligned with HR goals. Their role later evolved to Manager, Human Resources, where they acted as a primary consultant on people-related matters and led the HR Business Partner team.

Later on, Beau earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Washington University between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their degrees, Beau has obtained several certifications, including Human Resources Management and Analytics from Wharton Executive Education, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
