Shane Gardner is an accomplished entrepreneur and student-athlete with a diverse range of leadership experiences. As the Founder and Chairman of Business Brilliance, Shane oversees a global student network aiming to foster leadership and collaboration across 3,000+ members in 68 countries. Shane also serves as the Founder and CEO of LogicSync AI, specializing in AI solutions for private equity and venture capital firms. Additionally, Shane is the Risk Manager for Sigma Nu Fraternity, ensuring safety at events, and a scholar-athlete at the University of Pennsylvania, where notable achievements include being a 2x Ivy League Champion and the 60-meter hurdle school record holder. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Ivy Inspire, Chief Operating Officer at Black Mountain Investment Group, and Real Estate Investment Apprentice at Obara Realty Group. Shane's early development was supported by participation in the 100 Black Men of Metropolitan Houston organization. Currently pursuing education at The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, Shane is dedicated to innovation and excellence in all endeavors.
