Hayley Mulder (née Morrison) is a seasoned management consultant currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Synergine Group Limited since November 2020. In this role, Hayley has successfully delivered key projects for various clients, most notably Whangārei District Council, where secondments have involved project management and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Hayley led resource mobilization efforts at The Fred Hollows Foundation NZ, significantly increasing donor partnerships and funding success rates. Additional experience includes roles at World Vision New Zealand, where Hayley contributed to marketing communications and program delivery. Hayley's academic background includes a Master's in International Development, a Postgraduate Certificate in Planning, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Development Studies, all from Massey University, complemented by a Diploma in Business Studies focused on Marketing.
