Ryan Brandell is an experienced IT professional with a background in support and coordination roles. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at WG&R Furniture since January 2017, Ryan has previously worked as an IT Coordinator at Green Bay Packaging, where responsibility included hardware and software support, documentation, and technical training. At Festival Foods, from November 2013 to December 2015, Ryan handled over 5,000 helpdesk ticket requests and managed the deployment and troubleshooting of various hardware and software systems. Ryan holds a degree in IT Systems - Network Specialist from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, earned between 2010 and 2013.
