Roseann Skoniecke is a seasoned news artist with extensive experience in television graphics. Currently serving as a Freelance News Artist at WGN-TV since August 2008, Roseann has provided graphics for news during summer and vacation periods. Prior to this role, Roseann worked as a Staff News Graphic Artist at NBC 17 from April 1973 to October 2004, including positions as Assistant Art Director and Temp. Art Director. Additionally, Roseann has a lengthy history with NBC Universal and NBC WMAQ-TV, contributing as a graphic artist from 1973 to 2003. Earlier in their career, Roseann served as a Kindergarten Special Programs teacher at the Chicago Board of Education from April 1971 to May 1972. Roseann holds a BA in Art from Saint Xavier University and has studied at the ArtCenter College of Design and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
