David Strugar is a seasoned professional in audio description and content creation, currently serving as Post Production Supervisor at GBH since April 2021, where responsibilities include crafting narratives for blind and low-vision audiences. Previously, David worked as a Describer, writing and editing audio descriptions for various media. Additionally, David has experience as a Writer/Host for the podcast "Dates With a Jesus Gay," which explores the coming out stories of LGBT Christians. Prior roles include Team Lead at Philz Coffee and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, alongside performance and teaching positions with The Improv Trick and stage management at KETC Channel 9. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production from Webster University and has a foundational background in video production and communication.
