Erik Waxler is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting and sports reporting. Currently serving as a Multi-Media Journalist and News Reporter at WFTS-TV since December 2008, Erik has previously held roles such as Co-Sports Director, Sports Anchor, and Reporter at WHAS-TV, as well as Sports Reporter at WTHR-TV, and a Freelance Producer for Fox Sports Net Chicago. Earlier career positions include Sports Anchor at WVLT and WBXX, and Sports Anchor/Reporter at WTHI-TV. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida, where studies were completed between June 1990 and May 1994.
