Shirley Santiago Flores, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the accounting field, primarily at Weyerhaeuser since January 2017, where roles have included Manager of Timberlands Finance Operations and Financial Analyst. Key responsibilities have involved leading the West Timberlands Accounting team, overseeing reconciliations, conducting trial balance reviews, and supporting finance business partners. Previous positions include roles on the Timberlands Accounting team and the Real Estate and Energy & Natural Resources Accounting team, focusing on revenue booking processes and corporate accounting of debts, investments, and pensions. Shirley's leadership skills were demonstrated as President and Treasurer of the Golden Key International Honour Society - UW Tacoma Chapter and other student organizations. Academically, Shirley holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington Tacoma.
