Morgan Walt is an experienced legal and contract management professional with a diverse background in corporate procurement and technology agreements. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager at Weyerhaeuser since November 2021, Morgan focuses on transactions related to technology, HR wellness, treasury, finance, and tax. Prior roles include Manager of Contracts at Russell Investments and IT Contracts Manager at Providence Health & Services, where responsibilities included negotiating various agreements and Business Associate Agreements with technology vendors. Morgan also served as a Pro Bono Attorney at Gabse Law, providing legal support to U.S. military members in Washington state. Educational qualifications include a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Certificate in Cybersecurity and Privacy Law, as well as a BA in Political Science from Hamline University.
